At SM Enterprises 2025, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully:
Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Replacements:
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you may request a replacement.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Replacements are processed only after verifying the issue.
Shipping for Replacements: In case of damaged/defective goods, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
