Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At SM Enterprises 2025, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully:

  • Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • Replacements:

    • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you may request a replacement.

    • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

    • Replacements are processed only after verifying the issue.

  • Shipping for Replacements: In case of damaged/defective goods, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
